Location : Aspire Senior Living of Platte City
Shift : 12-Hour Shifts (6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM)

Position Summary :
This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resident Care : Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Health Monitoring : Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Personal Care : Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity.
- Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies.
- Documentation : Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards.
Qualifications :
- Certification : Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.
- Experience : Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift / move residents as needed, stand / walk for extended periods.
