Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
Shift: Day and Night Shifts Available.
12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM )
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in our long-term care facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license.
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 6 AM - 6 PM
