Job Summary:
The Regional Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall management, growth, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services across multiple locations. This position ensures the highest quality of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to rehabilitation programs across assigned locations.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as needed.
Collaborate with facility administrators, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Lead and support a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
Foster relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners to drive business growth.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
Current licensure in the respective discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and operational management.
