Job Description:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the Software and Hi-Tech industry.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for acquiring new accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Define the sales strategy inline with the Service Offerings and aggressively pursue and close new Business
- Focus on creating Playbook for specific offerings and create reach out campaigns for the target potential clients
- Set and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive sales efforts.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports on progress and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Nurture relationship with partner sales team, understand partner funnel, build strong relationships with partner sales team
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Aspire Systems' services and solutions.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in a Sales Hunter role, with a focus on new business acquisition and specifically on large transformational projects
- Strong knowledge of software services, digital transformation, and technology trends.
- Exposure to Cloud migration, Cloud native development and selling Cloud Services is a plus
- Exceptional prospecting, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding and selling of Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore IT services is a must
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
