Responsibilities :
- Conduct pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, evaluation of opportunities, machine assessment and recommendations, part processing recommendations and development of turnkey proposals as needed
- Review and interpret customer part prints, conduct time / cycle studies, and assist with machine project quotes
- Develop / implement custom demonstrations and training customers in the safe set up and operation of CNC machining centers, lathes, Swiss style lathes and / or multi-tasking machines
- Assist in the development of tooling, work-holding, and documentation for projects; create and maintain technical documentation for each
- Write and troubleshoot CNC programs, ensuring the proper installation and adaptation of all necessary components for successful machine tool setup
- Provide technical support to other company departments, including processing, tooling, and work-holding
