Job Description - Client Care Associate (Full-time)

Our Advisors work with clients to clarify financial goals and implement strategies to meet those goals. Position Summary

The Client Care Associate is an ambassador and liaison between our Advisors and clients. The Associate’s primary goals are to nurture client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. The Associate engages clients through friendly and personalized communication, touchpoints and events, and shares feedback with Advisors and Staff.

Candidate Profile

The Client Care Associate is naturally friendly, outgoing, empathetic, helpful, loves serving and interacting with people, and possesses a high degree of emotional intelligence and intuition. The Associate should have prior client service experience in a similar industry (ideally Financial, Banking, Insurance, Accounting or Legal). The nature of our work requires professionalism, trustworthiness, confidentiality, and discretion. The Associate must be comfortable working closely with others in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and must be able to follow process, observe details, and prioritize concurrent tasks. *Marketing experience is not required but highly desirable.

Responsibilities

· Client communications: Phone, email, text, mail, fax

· Client reception: Greeting, conversation, beverage service

· Client touchpoints: Maintain framework for touchpoints, Prepare cards and gifts for clients

· Client meetings: Schedule meetings, Prepare and process packets

· Client events: Research, plan, coordinate

· Client records: Documentation, reporting and maintenance in CRM, account portal, physical files

· Office administration: Maintain appearance, supplies, technology support

· Advisor support: Assistance, licensing, clerical

· Role development: Expand through learning, collaboration, innovation

· *Marketing: Design, writing, video, website, social media

Requirements

· Experience: 5 years in customer service, account manager or similar role(s)

· Credentials: High School Diploma, College degree preferred

· General: Computer & office technology; Microsoft Office; Clean background check (credit & legal)

Full-time; Temperance, MI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
