- Providing detailed information about products and services to all customers by engaging with them direct and havingcontact with them a daily basis
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions when presenting products and services
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Be a part of the sales process with customers to ensure they are receivingthe correct devices, the proper information is notated, and assist with any upgrades
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the clientsproducts or services by attending daily meetings
- Closing targeted sales and meeting or exceeding sales standards
- Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and preferences
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required for this position
- Prior work experience in customer service, sale, or in customer facing role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for when working with customers and demonstrating services
