A client of ours, located in Washington, DC is looking for a MS Dynamics-Power Platform Consultant to add to their expanding team. This is a long term consultant role, that requires an onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Experience supporting custom in-house MS Dynamics setups requiring more extrapolation than standard out-of-the-box solutions
- Manage user access, security roles / permissions and monitor system performance to ensure high availability (HA) of Dynamics and Power Platform applications
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, data cleansing and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Ensure necessary updates and patches are applied with minimal disruption
- Leverage PowerApps, Power Automate and / or Power BI for customizations, including maintaining Power Automate flows and using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate repetitive tasks
- Create custom entities, fields, workflows, plugins and integrations as may be required by Client
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
- Provide a consultative approach, assessing current environment and discussing potential improvement areas with stakeholders
- Provide user training and documentation for better internal adoption and end user understanding
- Unparalleled time management and prioritization skills to maximize efficiency and output with hour usage
- Perform general network infrastructure administration and support as needed, including troubleshooting end user issues, proactive maintenance and network configurations
- Understanding of core network fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP, gateways, network adapters
