Aspire is looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our amazing new Check Mate Tax Advisors team! As a key member of the tax services team, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing client accounts and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters
- Assist and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate with clients on documentation and information needed for accurate and timely tax filings
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and maintain accurate records of all tax-related documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2 years’ experience in tax accounting or account management preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with tax software and the Microsoft Suite
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Compensation:
- Salary: $50,000 - $75,000
