Requirements
At AspireHR, our Project Analysts will collaborate with our internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of SAP/SuccessFactors implementations of varying sizes. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Assisting in defining project goals, scope, deliverables and timelines.
- Creating detailed project plans and schedules.
- Collaborating with Project Managers, AspireHR Consultants and Leadership to align on objectives.
- Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data related to project performance.
- Preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for project teams to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensuring project deliverables meeting quality standards and requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to track project progress and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in presenting reports and conveying project trends to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work as part of a team yet work independently on complex problems. Must be a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
