Job Title: Certinia ERP Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6 - 12 months (with potential for extension)

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Certinia ERP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and configure Certinia to optimize their business operations, including billing, revenue recognition, and professional services automation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Certinia ERP or similar financial systems, with a strong understanding of business processes in financial management, project management, and customer relationship management (CRM).

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience implementing ERP solutions, preferably Certinia ERP (or similar ERP platforms like FinancialForce, NetSuite, etc.).
• Experience in business process design and optimization, particularly in billing, revenue recognition, professional services automation (PSA), and project management.
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle ERP implementations (from scoping through post-implementation support).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including financial management, billing, revenue recognition, and automation.
• Familiarity with integration tools and data migration processes.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams.

Technical:

• Experience with Certinia ERP implementation is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Experience in data migration and integration with third-party tools is desirable.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certinia or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Certinia Implementation Professional) are a plus.
