Position: Linux Systems Engineer
Overview:We are looking for a skilled Linux Systems Engineer to support and enhance our Linux Developer Desktop environment for our growing development community.
Please note: Looking for candidates local to Owings Mills, MD, who can work in a hybrid model.
Key Skills:- Strong Linux expertise
- Ansible, Terraform (preferred)
- Active Directory & Kerberos
- CI/CD Pipelines, Git
- Citrix & VDI environments
- Automation & Orchestration
- Developer tooling, Docker
- NFS, Prometheus, Grafana
- Azure/AWS Cloud (preferred)
- Support and optimize the Linux Developer Desktop environment.
- Automate workflows, improve observability, and enhance reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve Linux, Kerberos, AD, and NFS issues.
- Engineer solutions that integrate seamlessly with developer tooling.
- Maintain and update VDI images, ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Create clear documentation and self-service resources for developers.
- Focus on delivering an excellent developer experience.
