QA Analyst

• Collaboration as a key QA member in both Waterfall and Agile teams.
• Take ownership of projects without an existing QA Process, establishing the solid baseline for testing activities.
• Assist in the transition from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum methodology to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with the cross functional teams and Stakeholders on daily basis to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Assist in software Implementations.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria for completeness.
• Identify potential gaps in requirements and process, communicating it efficiently and effectively.
• Create and execute Timekeeping test plans, scenarios and test cases to ensure Test coverage.
• Create and maintain regression suite.
• Provide estimates for test effort.
• Coordinate in UAT testing phase.
• Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results.
• Issue/defect reporting, provide go/no go recommendation based on test results.
• Create and maintain metrics.
• Prioritize, and organize documentation with consistency in formatting.
• Generate test data based on application requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of Time Keeping experience.
• Well-versed in testing methods.
• Must be an active listener.
• Disciplined in documentation.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with all team levels.
• Ability to build and maintain strong team relationships.
• Creative problem solver, able to think outside the box for solutions.
• Experience in software implementations.
