Location: Minneapolis, MN | Denver, CO | Ironwood, MI | Madison, WI (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Onsite: Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite Per Week)
Travel: Up to 25% (as needed for projects)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM/PM Architect to design, implement, and optimize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions within SAP. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP EAM/PM modules and hands-on experience in designing scalable solutions for asset-intensive industries. Utility industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM/PM solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand asset management needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide architectural guidance for SAP EAM, PM, Work Management, and Field Operations processes.
• Optimize and enhance existing SAP EAM/PM functionalities to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, ABAP, and integration teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM/PM with other enterprise applications.
• Provide expertise on Master Data Management, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, and Work Order Management.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer for key business users.
• Support project implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Work Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in configuration, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PS).
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps, SAP Mobility solutions, and GIS integration is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the Utility sector is a plus but not required.
