Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with a strong focus on Slotting and Stock Consolidation. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of warehouse management processes.
In this role, you will support the client through Phase 3 of their SAP S/4 HANA implementation, specifically enhancing warehouse efficiency, optimizing inventory placement, and consolidating stock for high-volume operations. You'll collaborate closely with warehouse teams, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions that align with the logistical needs of industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or mining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Slotting & Stock Consolidation: Optimize warehouse layout, placement, and stock consolidation strategies to maximize efficiency.
- SAP EWM Implementation: Support and enhance SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes as part of the ongoing SAP S/4 HANA Phase 3 rollout.
- Collaboration: Work directly with warehouse teams, IT, and key business stakeholders to identify pain points and design solutions that streamline warehouse operations.
- Warehouse Efficiency: Identify and implement solutions to improve inventory management, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall warehouse productivity.
- Solution Design: Develop and configure SAP solutions that meet the needs of high-volume, logistics-driven environments.
- Data & Reporting: Support reporting and analytics to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), specifically in Slotting and Stock Consolidation.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA projects, particularly in warehouse management and logistics.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse teams, IT, and business stakeholders).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or mining.
