Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) & Equipment Management (EM) Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP PM/EM modules. This role involves managing asset lifecycles, enhancing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Implementation & Customization: Configure and deploy SAP PM/EM, customizing workflows and reports for asset management and downtime tracking.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain equipment master data and develop preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operations, maintenance, and IT teams to align SAP functionalities with business needs; provide training and technical guidance.
- System Optimization: Enhance SAP PM integration with MM, PP, and FICO for streamlined operations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop KPIs, generate reports on equipment performance, and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing SAP PM/EM support, implement updates, and resolve system issues.
- Experience: 3 6 years (minimum 2 years in a relevant SAP PM/EM role).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP PM/EM configuration, asset management, and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and TPM concepts.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- SAP PM certification.
- Experience with EAM tools and IoT integrations.
- Change management and user training expertise.
