Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior SAP Technical Architect with expertise in SAP Payroll, SAP On-Prem, and Labor Relations. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead SAP architecture and development initiatives.
We are looking for a Senior SAP Technical Architect with expertise in SAP Payroll, SAP On-Prem, and Labor Relations. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead SAP architecture and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable SAP Payroll and HXM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP projects, ensuring best practices.
- Develop RICEF objects and perform data modeling.
- Oversee SAP On-Prem infrastructure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Lead technical migration efforts for SAP systems.
- Conduct Level 3 support and root cause analysis for critical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical mentorship.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP Payroll, HXM, and Timekeeping Systems (Kronos or similar).
- Strong ABAP development (RICEF, Enhancements, Forms).
- SuccessFactors and SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) experience.
- SAP authorization concepts and security frameworks.
- Cloud and On-Prem Strategies (High Availability, Disaster Recovery).
- Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) for integrations.
- Full-cycle SAP implementations (at least two projects).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in IT, HR, or Business Administration.
- SAP or Kronos certification.
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll integrations.
