Job Title: Techno Functional PeopleSoft Payroll and Absence Lead
Job Location: Phoenix AZ or Plano TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid ( 3 days in office)
Required Skills:
- PeopleSoft Payroll and Absence: Deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, including setup, end to end processing, and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine(Integration/Process), SQR and PeopleSoft Query. Ability to review and modify code (e.g., retrofitting).
Data Review:
- Payroll Check to Check comparison
- To review all mass uploads(Time Attendance , Adhoc uploads etc) come into Payroll and export from payroll
- Oracle HCM Integration: Experience integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with Oracle HCM modules is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective temporary and permanent solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities.
- Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Absence functional activities.
- Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed.
