What do we need?
The Client Implementation Project Manager will oversee the functional and technical implementation of new clients and existing clients that are expanding. Is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, planning, execution, and completion of Client Implementation projects with new and existing clients for the organization. Ensuring their projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction requirements with the end goal of delivering a quality experience for all participants.
What will you provide?
- Create implementation project plan for tracking each client implementation
- Ensure projects are completed on time by managing deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external implementation meetings
- Coordinate task completion with internal and external teams
- Follow up with internal teams (sales, IT, operations, help desk) as needed for issues, resources, tasks, etc.
- Update and maintain project documentation
- Support Client Success Manager with client relationship during implementation
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Compile and submit information for appropriate system access and credentialing
- Create and track IT tickets/requests/action items
- Obtain Operations checklist
- Schedule system and process workflow training sessions
- Request Payer contracts and documents
- Apply quality objectives with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)
- Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
- Ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to the appropriate business owners for ongoing management
- Conduct analysis on project outcomes and make appropriate recommendations to improve initiatives
- Ability to plan and execute implementation / onboarding projects
- Proficient with project planning tools, Gantt charts, Smartsheet, etc. (preferred)
- Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic understanding of secure data exchange methods with willingness to learn conversational basics of file & data types and SFTP file transfers
- Develops and manages productive relationships with partners and key stakeholders regarding project development using effective written, electronic, and oral communications
- Proven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure deadlines are met by moving projects along and holding key stakeholders accountable
- Craft in depth cross-functional communication strategies for key priorities, cross functional teams & executive leadership
- Shown strength in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, work to tight timeframes and achieve exceptional outcomes
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced evolving work environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving financial needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadership
- Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of project management and or implementation experience required
- Complex claims and/or denial management experience preferred
- Revenue Cycle Management technology implementation experience preferred
- PMP certification or Six Sigma certification is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) project management tools (Smartsheet) is preferred

The US base pay range for this position starts at $75,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, a performance bonus may be included that is tied to achieved results.
