About the Role
- This is a full-time position offering 36 guaranteed hours per week with regular scheduling every other weekend.
- The shift requirements include 12-hour days, Monday through Friday.
In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and provide education to patients and families. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid Wisconsin RN license is required to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in medical-surgical units is preferred, but not mandatory.

Schedule Information
