Aspirus Health is looking for a Director - Nursing Informatics to join our team in Wausau, WI!
The Director System Nursing Informatics serves as strategic liaison for health information representing the workforce by collaborating with nursing, medical staff and technology in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of information technology solutions that impact the practice of professional nursing and clinical care delivery.
Hours : Full-Time, 1.0 FTE.
Experience / Qualifications :
- Valid and current Wisconsin or Michigan registered nurse license or compact license.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited school required (BSN).
- Master's degree in nursing or informatics required.
- Master's degree in information systems is optional.
- Certification in nursing leadership or informatics highly desired.
- Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Practice preferred (DNP).
- Minimum five years direct clinical care.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a progressive informatics leadership position within an integrated healthcare system.
- Extensive experience working with Epic core systems.
