Aspirus At Home in Portage, WI is seeking a Home Services Specialist II to join our field team!
The Home Services Specialist II provides clerical and office support for Home Health and Hospice including answering incoming phone calls, scheduling patients / staff for admission and daily visits, and completing referral (intake) functions. This position serves all customers, staff, and leadership through coordinated and supportive work efforts.
HOURS : Fulltime or 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours per two weeks pay period.
Experience / Qualifications
- Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Formal typing and / or computer courses and courses in medical terminology and anatomy is beneficial.
- Previous applicable experience beneficial.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills and verbal / non-verbal communication skills.
