Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a(title)to join our PLANT OPERATIONS team!The Facilities Manager manages all aspects of the Maintenance and Environmental Services departments to include daily operational planning aligned with specific individual and departmental goals. Other duties include but are not limited to::
- Works collaboratively with the Supervisor of EVS, Supporting both departments with leadership.
- Implements the Strategic Operating Plan at the local level.
- Maintains and coordinates adequate staffing in accordance with Aspirus productivity standards.
- Bi-weekly productivity analysis and reporting to the Regional Director.
- Directs and oversees department specific duties and [projects designated by the Regional Director.
HOURS: Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. AS NEEDED BEYOND NORMAL HOURS.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the following
- Leadership training and experience
- Financial management
- Lean methodology and or related knowledge
- Financial budgeting
- Customer service methods
- Strategic planning
- Employee engagement
- Plant operations
- TJC standards in EOC and Life Safety
- Five years of progressive experience in related public or private sector field desired.
