Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SUPERVISOR- NURSING to lead our OUTPATIENT DIALYSIS team.
About the Role
The Supervisor of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who assumes leadership responsibility for coordinating, leading, and developing personnel and operations under the direction of a Manager or Director.
This role requires a strong understanding of patient care standards and practices, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates daily responsibilities for nursing staff
- Liaises with managers and directors to ensure seamless operation
- Develops and implements personnel policies and procedures
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN nursing license
- CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
