Aspirus Medical Group is seeking a Vice President - Operations to join our team in Wausau, WI !
The Vice President (VP), Operations will provide strategic vision, leadership, direction, and high-level oversight to regional directors, clinic managers, clinic coordinators, clinic supervisors, and their respective clinic operations with assigned division. This role will be part of a cross functional team of internal and external experts, interacting with existing physician / administrative dyads, network providers, AMG Board / Quality Improvement (QI) Committee, and other stake holders, to provide support, assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and deploying initiatives designed to achieve success outlined in AMG strategic imperatives. Serves as a member of the AMG Executive Team.
Responsible for establishing administrative, operational policies and procedures. The VP, Operations collaboratively participates in physician / administrative dyads to identify and resolve operational issues. Maintains overall accountability for operational budgets within assigned division. Experience / Qualifications :
- Knowledge of administrative practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in health-related field or business administration required. Completion of Master's degree in Health or Business desired. Professional development courses in health care management.
- Ten years' experience in health administration including at least five years in direct ambulatory clinic administration / operations strongly preferred.
