Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking a SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST to join our team!
The Social Media Specialist will refine and execute Aspirus's social media strategy, focusing on increasing engagement across various platforms and aligning efforts to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and preference. This role includes planning, creating, and leveraging content across platforms, monitoring social media trends, and using analytics to drive continuous improvement. The Social Media Specialist will also support the organization and execution of earned media strategies to amplify Aspirus's media presence and reputation. As an integral part of the Aspirus marketing and communications team, this role will also help apply strategies and content to drive internal engagement.
HOURS : Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks
Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in communication, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing or related field.
- Minimum one to three years working on a broad range of social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with earned media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of important social media channels and platforms.
- Ability to research, analyze and report consumer and media use data.
- Adaptability and willingness to drive change.
- Confidence and self-direction.
