  • Job Summary : Registered Nurse position in Labor and Delivery at Aspirus Langlade Hospital.
  • Job Overview : Responsible for providing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.

    • Job Requirements

  • Mandatory : AHA BLS
  • WI RN license
  • Minimum Experience : 2 years in OB with L&D experience.

    • Schedule Information

  • Contract Length : 13 weeks
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hours
  • Shift Requirements : 12 hour Variable shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a
  • Weekend / Holiday : every other to every third and holiday rotation
  • Float Requirements : May be requested to float to med-surg department if Birth Center is not busy.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Unit Information : 3 LDRP rooms, 2 post-partum rooms, 1 triage room.
  • Average Daily Census : Highly variable. Average monthly delivery rate is 21 / month.

    • Additional Details

  • Radius Rule : Contractors must live outside 50 miles from the facility.
  • Charting Experience : Primary EMR is EPIC. Experience preferred.
  • Required Skillset : Labor and Delivery competent.
  • Scrub colors : Scrubs provided.
