Aspirus Eagle River Hospital in Eagle River, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR - OPERATIONAL SERVICES NORTH DIVISION to join our ADMINISTRATION team!
The Director - Operational Services provides vision, leadership, and organizational direction and management to Aspirus Langlade Hospital & Clinics operational departments and functions as assigned, to include Facilities, Environmental Services, Nutritional Services. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned and achieving strategic business plan implementation. Engaged in and accountable for leadership and management of the functions assigned under the direction of the President. This includes related goal setting and planning, monitoring and improving results and facilitating standards for care and practice. Reports to the President.
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with hospital related operational knowledge. A Master’s Degree in Business or another appropriate discipline is desirable.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible hospital management experience.
