Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a GREETER to join our team!
The Greeter exhibits a positive first impression to clinic visitors and patients as you provide assistance to individuals using the visitor’s parking lot and greet patients/visitors. Offer assistance as appropriate to promote Aspirus customer service.
HOURS: Occasional or 0.001 FTE, 0.08 hours every 2 weeks
Experience/Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years of prior medical experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, positive phone etiquette, knowledge of communication procedures and professional image.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to file and maintain patient records, files, and other correspondence.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with patients, employees, and the public.
- Experience in proper lifting methods and use of wheelchairs, walkers, etc., preferred.
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver’s license necessary for courtesy van responsibilities, without excessive moving violations in the previous 24 months.
