Rosalia Gardens in Antigo, WI is seeking a RESIDENT ASSISTANT to join our team!
The Resident Assistant provides personal assistance, activity planning and housekeeping services to residents of Rosalia Gardens, the CBRF. The Resident Assistant will follow a written plan of care prepared by a team of professionals working towards providing the greatest amount of autonomy possible. Reports directly to Rosalia Gardens Manager.
HOURS: Full-Time or 0.8 FTE, 64 Hours Biweekly, PM/Night Rotation; Every Other Weekend and Holiday
Experience/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must demonstrate the ability to read and write.
- Successful completion of the CBRF Certification Education within 3 months of hire. Also completes fifteen hours of continuing education annually.
- Current CPR or BLS certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience providing personal care in an acute care setting, CBRF, long-term care facility, or private home desired.
