Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Rahway, NJ with a robust construction background, a steadfast commitment to safety and quality, and a strong focus on client engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with the Project Director and / or Senior Project Manager to lead our engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams towards achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans, project scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with accounting to manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing and client billing.
- Monitor project costs and field conditions, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in cost reports.
- Oversee design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance.
- Align construction schedules with design, commissioning, and qualification requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks in partnership with senior leadership.
- Lead the established site safety program, monitoring performance with Construction Managers and Superintendents.
- Regularly interact with clients to ensure their needs are met, focusing on delivering an exceptional IPS client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, developing innovative solutions while constructing life-impacting facilities.
