HR Systems Specialist
Enter and maintain employee job data in company’s core HRMS system, PeopleSoft. Ensure employee data is entered in a timely manner with accuracy according to company policy. Assist in managing various employee forms and ensuring appropriate documentation as well as approvals are obtained.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Managing union employees’ rate increases accordingly to various collective bargaining agreements.
- First line of support for multiply level field staff and Management related to inquiries regarding workforce data (rate changes, separations, and employee movement).
- Provide backup support to team members.
- Oversees onboarding files and correcting file errors.
- Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform assigned job duties under constant time pressures and highly interruptive conditions.
- Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must be able to comprehend written and verbal job instructions and information.
- Must be able to communicate with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task and produce in a high paced team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Required experience:
- Payroll, Benefits and/or Human Resource experience preferred.
Pre-Screen
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
Physical Requirements:
