Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Office Manager and Data Analyst to join our team in Region 442 to assist with advanced reporting, database administration, and some staff management / recruitment. This role is based out of our Regional Office in Roanoke, VA.
This individual should be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Our desired candidate must possess the ability to problem solve and contribute creative solutions. We are seeking an individual capable of identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and policies. The ability to handle a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and crucial deadlines is essential.
This is a salaried position starting in the $65,000 range depending on Excel and/or database skill proficiency with the potential to earn the following benefits:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Data Manipulation & Advanced Reporting:

Create advanced reports using SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and lookups/table relationships.

Assist in development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to provide data-driven insights.

Analyze complex data sets to support business decisions and strategy.

Report Creation:
- Process weekly cost and sales data and integrate into project tracking.

Generate detailed reports on various business metrics and project progress.

Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and ensure report accuracy.

HR Support:

Assist with job listings, applicant tracking, and other HR-related tasks.

Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

Support the implementation of new HR tracking

Managing Office Staff:
-
Provide additional support in managing office staff and onboarding.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide training and support to enhance team performance.

Database Administration:
-
Our region is in the process of working with our corporate office to find a database solution to suit our business needs; this role will assist the Region and Corporate teams with standing up and maintaining the database.

Manage and maintain SQL and/or Access databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Perform regular updates and troubleshooting.
- Optimize database performance and implement best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and database management.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, establishing data relationships and lookups, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with database administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Certification in SQL database administration (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) is preferred.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
