The Compensation Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the compensation programs within an organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compensation policies and practices that promote competitive and fair compensation for all employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Leading the annual merit process and bonus administration;
  • Collaborating with senior management to ensure compensation structures support business goals;
  • Maintaining accurate records of compensation decisions and related data analysis;

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation management. Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience with compensation analysis and salary survey methodologies;
  • Proficiency with Compensation Pricing Tools (i.e., MarketPay, Salary.com, Payfactors);
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
