Description
Project Manager - (Georgia Department of Transportation Projects) This position is responsible for the setup, execution, and close out of projects within cost, schedule, and safety / quality standards. Requires efficient use of personnel, along with tools and equipment to maximize production. Supervise and assign foreman to crews. Maintain a positive working relationship with clients, as well as other customers. Promotes additional work with clients. Responsible for innovation and implementation of new construction methods and techniques. These are primarily Department of Transportation projects, but may also involve other markets that the company is involved in. American Lighting and Signalization (ALS) provides street lighting and traffic signalization construction, maintenance and emergency response services in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. Our major customers include state departments of transportation (DOTs), investor-owned and municipal utilities, commercial retail land developments and commercial road contractors.
