Responsibilities
- Input and maintain client data in the database accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data input errors to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports from client databases for review and analysis.
- Assist in the onboarding process by entering new client information.
- Update client records regularly to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate data exchange and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information in compliance with data protection regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data management software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
Wages. $25.95 - $31.50 Hourly
