Client Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain client data in the database accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and correct data input errors to ensure data integrity.
• Generate reports from client databases for review and analysis.
• Assist in the onboarding process by entering new client information.
• Update client records regularly to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate data exchange and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information in compliance with data protection regulations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data management software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.

Wages. $25.95 - $31.50 Hourly
