Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions in a friendly and informative manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance customer service skills.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Wages. $25.10 - $32.90 Hourly
