Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with product and service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on products and services.

Required Skills


High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or a support role is highly desirable.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.


Wages. $27.10 - $32.90 Hourly
