The Graduate Development Program
The two-year structured learning and development program for new graduates in the Engineering team at ASR Group provides hands-on experience and a foundation for a successful career. As part of this program, you will have access to support and mentorship from Company leaders, technical Subject Matter Experts, and former participants who will guide you as you start your career.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop multi-discipline proficiency during the program
- Review technical reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Energy/Water)
- Standardize and document operating procedures and centerlines
- Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects
- General electrical troubleshooting & equipment maintenance
- Perform Operational & Cost Studies
- Perform Tasks as an Area Supervisor
Essential Capabilities

Education Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering from an accredited college/university
- 0 - 2 years of professional work experience (including internships and co-ops)
- Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences preferred
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or better)
