We are a leading refiner and marketer of cane sugar, producing a full line of grocery, industrial, food service, and specialty sweetener products.
Our Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two-year structured learning and development program for new graduates who join our Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-discipline proficiency in chemical, mechanical, controls, industrial, or electrical fields.
- Review and analyze technical reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly energy and water data.
- Standardize and document operating procedures and centerlines.
- Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct general electrical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Utilize Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years of professional work experience, including internships and co-ops.
- Experience with boilers, water treatment, and/or power generation is preferred.
- Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment, or internship experiences is preferred.
- Strong academic record.
- Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required.
