POSITION SCOPE
The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two-year structured learning and development program for select new graduates who are hired into the ASR Group Engineering team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop multi-discipline (chemical, mechanical, controls, industrial, or electrical) proficiency during the program
- Review technical reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Energy/Water)
- Standardize and document operating procedures and centerlines
- Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects
- General electrical troubleshooting & equipment (starters, VFD, Soft starts & breakers)
- Perform Operational & Cost Studies
- Perform Tasks as an Area Supervisor
ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to write clearly and accurately.
- Prior related internship experience is a plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- 0 - 2 years of professional work experience (including internships and co-ops).
- Experience with boilers, water treatment, and/or power generation preferred.
- Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences preferred.
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or better).
