Career Overview:
The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two-year structured learning and development program designed for select new graduates who join our Engineering team. This comprehensive program offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to build a foundation for your career in mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-discipline proficiency during the program
- Review technical reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Energy/Water)
- Standardize and document operating procedures and centerlines
- Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects
- General electrical troubleshooting & equipment (starters, VFD, Soft starts & breakers)
- Perform Operational & Cost Studies
- Perform Tasks as an Area Supervisor
Essential Capabilities:

- Prior related internship experience is a plus
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university
- 0 - 2 years of professional work experience (including internships and co-ops)
- Experience with boilers, water treatment and/or power generation preferred
- Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences preferred
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or better)
