About Us
Florida Crystals sustainably farms rice, sweet corn, and other vegetables in rotation with our sugarcane. Our rice mill is the only one in Florida.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop floors
- Packing products into relevant areas
- Runs errands and picks up supplies and materials
- Reporting anomalies in the packaging plant
- Cleaning up after work or spills
- Performing job-related tasks as issued
- Attending monthly training sessions on safety, operations, and food quality
- Transferring supplies to storage location area
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- The ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort climbing ladders and working at elevated levels
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver's license
- The willingness to perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements

- Have a high school degree or equivalent educational experience
- Be able to work any shift, including long hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Meet hiring eligibility requirements, including a background investigation and drug screen
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
