What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales position at ASR Staffing Solutions, Inc.?
We are seeking an Outside Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers, including contractors, builders, and architects.
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our insulation
- Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive price quotes.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must have valid Drivers License and can travel when needed
- Previous Sales Experience in Construction
- Experience with CRM Software
- Self Motivated and Target Driven
