DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE II
JOB SUMMARY
The Data Entry Associate II will aid in the timely and accurate entry and management of data into Client systems. This role will provide support to ensure only valid data is stored and maintained for use by team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Performs data entry processes into a database.
- Performs assigned tasks and projects.
- Processes special and recurring reports and administrative records.
- Verifies and corrects information, codes and accounts numbers as necessary.
- Ensures complete and accurate data entries into system.
- Compares data entered with source documents and resolve system edits concerning invalid data by deleting incorrectly entered data, re-enter correct data.
- Makes copies of required documents.
- Files documents when applicable.
- Maintains a production sheet of work completed on a daily basis.
- Provides technical / functional and / or administrative support.
- Performs routine tasks.
- Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
- Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
- Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.

WORKING ON THE NORTH SLOPE
While working on the North Slope of Alaska, your lodging and food will be provided to you. All camps provide warm meals and options to grab a quick lunch or snack from the spike rooms. Rooms vary from single status to shared rooms where your roommate may work the opposite shift. Wi-Fi and Internet is free and available within the camp. Services vary depending upon where you are staying; however, most facilities offer housekeeping, self-serve laundry, commissary, mail, gyms, TV / Theater Room, etc. Each facility will have their own accommodations and policies that will be reviewed upon on-site orientation.
