What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Compliance & PKI Team Lead position at ASRC Federal?
ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is actively hiring a Cyber Compliance &PKI Team Lead in support of our DCSA program based out of Quantico VA.
This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite up to three (3) days a week at Quantico Marine Corps Base VA.
As the Cyber Compliance &PKI Team Lead you will play crucial role in ensuring the cyber security and compliance of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). You will be responsible for leading the Cyber Compliance and PKI team through the use of several enterprise-wide services to include oversight of activities effecting PKI token issuance, media destruction, data transfer, and IT change management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should demonstrate a detailed knowledge the following:
Resource must be extremely detail-oriented, and have extensive expertise around cryptography and key management, certificate enrollment and certificate lifecycle automation, and certificate troubleshooting and resolution
Provide PKI and Registration Authority (RA) tasks in compliance with all DoD and Federal policy.
Experience with the coordination, scheduling, preparation of agendas and meeting minuets of Change Advisory Boards (CAB)
Knowledge of Executive Orders, Federal Laws, DoD Policies, Department of Defense Information Enterprise Architecture (DoD IEA); NIST SP 800-53 & 128
Possess strong writing skills; experience preparing enterprise-wide SOPs, processes, federal regulation compliance reports and reports with metrics for senior leadership
Understanding of cyber assurance, risk management, and configuration management
Working knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Experience in developing continued process improvement within an organization
Manage schedules and assignment to the team
YEARS EXPERIENCE:
At least five (5) years of cyber compliance experience involving configuration/change management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) issuance of tokens and mail certificates for authentication, digital signature and encryption capabilities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management, Information Technology
CERTIFICAITON(S):
Must meet 8570 certification requirements at the time of hire. IAM Level I (e.g., CAP, CND, Cloud , GSLC or Security ), or IAT II (e.g., CASP CE, CCMP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH or CCSP) Security CE is preferred
DoD PKI training certificate
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
Active Top-Secret Clearance REQUIRED, eligible to be upgraded to TS/SCI
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite up to three (3) days a week.
If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection.
Must speak English well enough to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer both verbally and in written form.
