This role involves collaborating with customers, managing data requests, and facilitating data handling operations in a secured environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Request Processing : Collect and process ad hoc data requests using secure procedures, and guide users through the MDDC and MDA Data Center Program (DCP) registration process.
- Customer Collaboration : Interface with customers regarding MDDC capabilities and provide on-site data handling support.
- Database Management : Update and maintain the MDDC data request database to ensure accuracy and security.
- Early Test Planning : Provide support for early test planning by coordinating with other government programs, ensuring MDDC involvement in processes and procedures.
- Process Development : Develop and refine processes to improve data handling and reporting efficiency.
- Briefing Development : Create and deliver briefings on MDDC capabilities and provide status updates to current customers.
- Electronic Data Transfers : Facilitate secure electronic data transfers following test events.
- Technical Writing : Support technical writing and proofread data items for accuracy as needed. Organize and gather program-related information.
