SUMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for an Alternate Facilities Program Manager.

SUMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for an Alternate Facilities Program Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Shall possess at least five (5) years of recent O&M/Facilities management type experience with seven (7) recent years in a project management/supervisory role.
- Must have experience in Federal Contract management and supervision of facility operations. It is highly desired that this experience includes facilities in adult education resident facilities, facility maintenance, food, services, housekeeping, and human resources at facilities having the approximate size, characteristics, and service mix as our FLETC Complex.
- Be on-site at the FLETC or available by phone 24/7, 365.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Clear and effective written and communication skills
- Ability to collect/input system data and generate various reports as required.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation, drug test, and physical exam.
- Should have demonstrated skills and knowledge in planning for and establishing the management and structural organization needed to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. At a minimum, must have specific experience in financial reporting, plant operations, preventative maintenance programs, work scheduling, quality control systems.
- Shall have proficiency in oral and written communications in English.
- Shall have basic computer skills to include the ability to input data into the system and generate various reports and correspondence as required.
- Implements safety programs including but not limited to fire prevention, Disaster Plans, Employee Injury, Vehicle Safety, Lead Safety, Hazardous Noise, Heat Stress, and Hazardous Communications Forklift Operations, Hot Work Operations Lock-out/Tag-out Procedures.
- Oversees weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections per FLETC’s contract requirements and submits reports to FLETC for these inspections.
- Briefs CORs on specific findings observed during quality checks and offers corrective action/solutions.
- Track equipment shelf life and build forecast reports supplied to government for future purchase.
- Must have excellent leadership, management, attention to detail, customer service, and be support oriented.
- Reports to the Program manager and acts as contract lead in his/her absence.
