ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences is seeking an ISO Quality Specialist/Auditor to join our team supporting the US Coast Guard's Aviation Logistics Center and their mission which includes Depot Level Maintenance, Engineering, Supply, Procurement and Information Services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of process improvement experience that includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001. Prefer a degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Business or Strategic Management, or Information Systems Management.
- In lieu of a degree, eight years of process improvement experience that includes ISO audit process.
- Strong knowledge of one or both of these: Lean or Six Sigma and certification in one of these is a plus.
- ISO certification is a plus.
- Experience coordinating and maintaining ISO audits, ISO corrective action system, and internal audit program.
- US Citizenship is required for this position and the ability to obtain an EOD (Entry on Duty) from Dept of Homeland Security.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure compliance with AS9110, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 as well as local and US Coast Guard requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and develop/execute strategies to optimize time, labor and material resources.
- Conduct and manage regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement; implement and follow-through on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with USCG Command/Leadership to identify opportunities for streamlining non-conforming processes.
- Develop and conduct training programs on quality, safety and environmental compliance standards.
