ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a division of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist for support on our Global Tires Program.This is a temporary, non-exempt position that will not exceed 6 months. As such, no benefits may be provided other than those required by law.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will receive, put away, pick, package and ship customer ordered material. The majority of the orders are for military aircraft tires.
Physical demands include lifting (over 50 lbs), writing, speaking to customer, sitting, attendance, hearing, pushing, standing, reading, walking. Note: Many of the tires are heavy.
Candidate Must Be Comfortable Using The Following Equipment
HS Diploma 0-2 years' experience

- Inspect incoming material/record receipt on computer
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move material
- Manually wrap/package material
- Operate a computer manifest system for UPS/Parcel Post
- Prepare bills of lading and related paperwork
- Maintain building/equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse
- Ship outbound material
- Keep records and file
- Provide proof of delivery
Physical demands include lifting (over 50 lbs), writing, speaking to customer, sitting, attendance, hearing, pushing, standing, reading, walking. Note: Many of the tires are heavy.

- Computer terminal
- Operate pallet wrapper and strapping machine
